报告题目：Stability and Regularity Analysis for an Abstract System of Coupled Hyperbolic and Parabolic Equations with/without Inertia 

内容简介：In this presentation, we provide a complete regularity analysis for an abstract system of coupled hyperbolic and parabolic equations, where operate A is a self-adjoint, positive definite operator on a complex Hilbert space H. We are able to partition the region E into subregions where the semigroup associated with the system is exponentially stable, polynomially stable, analytic, of specific order Gevrey classes, and non-smoothing, respectively. Moreover, by a detailed spectral analysis, we will show that the orders of polynomial stability and Gevrey class are optimal.

报告人简介：Zhuangyi Liu美国明尼苏达大学数学与统计系终身教授，Zhuangyi Liu教授在偏微分方程和控制理论领域出版两部专著，在JDE，SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization，SIAM Journal on Mathematical Analysis，  SIAM Applied Math.， ZAMP，ZAMM等发表高质量研究论文70余篇，是美国数学会AMS，美国工业与应用数学会SIAM的会员。
